You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we offer 14-day guarantee and will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can contact us at the channels described in this page. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfilment center. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Book with obvious signs of use 
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

The right of return period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Please note the following:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
  • The product must be in the same new and unused condition as when it was received.
  • Dalyst does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
  • Kindly note that you may be subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.
  • If you have paid customs fees for the item(s) you wish to return, please contact your local office for information on how to receive a credit or refund.

Before you send back your purchase, you must inform us via support@dalyst.com of your decision. To be able to process your request of return as quick as possible we ask you to make sure you include the following information in your email:

Refund

We will refund the full payment received from you, without including the costs of delivery, without undue delay not later than 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
