Future-dated anomalies and finalized records are excluded; nonpositive or missing valuations remain “Not reported.” Long Beach coverage is limited to active planning and development projects in the official MapsLB layer; these are not represented as issued permits or open bids, and the displayed date is the latest reported filing, approval or building-permit milestone. Missing valuations remain “Not reported.” Dallas coverage is limited to commercial permit records with official issued dates from the past 90 days; the dataset does not supply current post-issuance status and missing valuations remain “Not reported.” Plano coverage is limited to city commercial permit records issued within the past 180 days and currently marked Issued; complaint-tracking rows and future-dated anomalies are excluded, and the source does not supply valuation. St. Louis coverage is limited to permits issued in the city's rolling 30-day dataset with estimated project costs of at least $10,000; it includes residential, commercial and industrial permits and is not statewide Missouri coverage. Tampa coverage is limited to city commercial permit records currently marked Issued and recently updated; the displayed date is a record update, not original issuance. Durham covers issued non-residential permits from the combined City-County inspections jurisdiction. Collin CAD coverage consists of appraisal-district permit records on properties classified Commercial, issued within the past 180 days, excluding PLAN placeholder numbers. It is not a complete feed from every municipality or verification of current permit status; property classification does not establish the use of every permitted improvement. Arlington covers the city's CP commercial permit class with Issued status from the past 180 days; this class can include residential subtypes. Declared valuation is not final cost. Hillsborough covers county-issued commercial permits with Issued status from the past 180 days, not all municipal permits. Postal-city names are not used to claim City of Tampa coverage. Zero or missing permit values remain “Not reported.” Texas statewide coverage is limited to active sales-tax permits for Texas outlets issued within the past 180 days; the permit issue date is not the first-sales date or proof that a business has opened. New York statewide coverage is a monthly active-entity snapshot with initial New York filing dates within the past 180 days, including eligible foreign registrations; it is not real-time status verification. Registered county and service-of-process addresses are not treated as operating locations. Neither feed reports a project budget or guarantees a new opening. El Paso covers the city's selected commercial permit GIS layer with issuance dates from the past 180 days; current permit status is not supplied and zero or missing job values are shown as “Not reported.” Wake County is limited to records whose district is “Wake County,” status is Issued and reported valuation is at least $10,000, from the past 180 days. It is not coverage of every municipality in the county, and mailing-city fields are not used to claim municipal coverage. Portland, Oregon covers issued commercial building permits from the past 180 days with submitted valuations of at least $10,000; submitted valuation is not final construction cost. Kansas City, Missouri covers issued commercial building permits from the past 180 days; zero or missing valuations are shown as “Not reported,” not estimated. Neither addition represents statewide permit coverage. Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Cleveland include city-issued permits with reported values of at least $10,000, Sacramento currently includes city-issued commercial building permits with reported values of at least $10,000 and its official current-year dataset is updated monthly, Tucson currently includes issued commercial building permits with reported values of at least $10,000, Baltimore City uses the Baltimore Metropolitan Council BPDS, which is updated approximately quarterly and includes permits valued at $50,000 or more plus new residential and mixed-use permits, so it is not labeled as a complete real-time city permit feed. Atlanta covers commercial and multifamily permit applications under review with reported valuations and explicitly does not represent them as issued permits, Memphis covers issued commercial building permits with reported valuations, Denver covers issued commercial construction permits with reported valuations, San Jose covers active city building permits with reported valuations, San Antonio includes issued building permits with reported valuations, Houston is limited to active short-term rental registrations; Wyoming is limited to current Town of Jackson bid opportunities, New Hampshire is limited to current City of Manchester bid opportunities, West Virginia covers recent statewide central contract awards and these are historical purchasing signals—not open bids, Mississippi covers current open RFx opportunities listed by DFA and excludes expired listings and public notices that are not competitive bids, Maine is limited to active Portland engineering projects scheduled for 2026 and these are planning signals—not open bids, Montana is limited to Bozeman permits, Kansas is limited to Butler County permits, North Dakota is limited to Bismarck permits, South Dakota is limited to Sioux Falls permits, Vermont covers active center-based child care licenses, Rhode Island and Alaska are historical payments, and Hawaii is aggregate FY2026 project expenditure data—not an open solicitation feed. Lincoln/Lancaster County, Nebraska is no longer labeled live because its official service stopped returning records. Other source limitations remain explicitly labeled.
